Go to your Download folder and double click on TeamViewer QS to open.
In new window, “Do you want to run this file?”, click “RUN”
Give your IT TeamViewer Computer ID and Pin number.
After every session, TeamViewer generates new random Password for your security, so, if you need help from your IT again , you will need to run TeamViewer QS again and give your IT new Password.
We are connected securely to your computers, we can access files and applications, and control your desktops as though we are helping you in person.
